Berlin Kreativ

My new project is to find out places to get creative and buy everything for all kinds of crafts you can think of...


My first city is BERLIN:


 A pretty much "normal" craft shop called "Korb & Co." they sell:
° everything for jewellery including beads, closures etc
° clay, bast fibre
° brushes, paint
° paper, napkins, origami things
° all kinds of glue
° everything you need to scrapbook or make cards etc

Opening Hours: Mon-Fri., 9am-6pm, Sat., 10am-2pm




  A bigger craft store called "Edelhoff Kreativkaufhaus" they sell:
° paper, scrapbooking material, cards
° office supplies, scissors and other tools
° window color, play dough
° encaustic stuff (i have no idea what that is!!)
° wood supplies, china decoration things
° paint, acrylic supplies
° mosaic pebbles (is that what you call them?)
° felt, wool, yarn, knitting supplies
° plants etc

Opening Hours: Mon-Sat: 9-8, on Sundays in December 1-6




 A little shop just for beads called "PearlsPlanet" they sell:
° beads beads ... and did I say "beads"???
° all sorts and sizes
° all the extra material you need to make jewellery
° they also have an online shop

  A little cute store called "Frau Wolle" where you can buy:
° - obviously - wool and yarn
° beads
° and buttons

 Another "usual" craft store "Hobbyshop Rüther":
° pretty much the same as the Edelhoff Kreativhaus....

 A really awesome fabric and sewing supplies store called "Smilla":
° sewing machines
° fabric
° sewing supplies
° you can try out all kinds of sewing and serger machines
° you can rent a machine from 7€ per hour
° you can have childrens birthday parties there
° they have a "sewing cafe"
° there are some courses you can take

 A fabric and accessories store - a little bit like DaWanda and etsy "Frau Tulpe":
° fabric
° handmade accessories
° little things that make a crafters heart beat faster
° ribbons etc

Opening Hours: Mon-Fri 10-7, Sat 10-4




 Something a little more freaked out "Killerbeast"
° a shop that only produces every single piece of clothing once 
° it's not everyones favorite style but for the ones who like crazy - this is crazy ;)

  Another cute store "Trollinge"
° more kids fabric
° patchwork things
° everything you need for sewing

Opening Hours: Mon-Sat 10-1:30, Mon+Tue, Thu+Fri 3-6:30
